Shipping policy.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the order date to receive your order. To keep things flowing smoothly, we fulfill orders based on the method that best supports our shipping process. Trust that your order is in good hands and will be on its way soon!  We do not offer express or expedited shipping services for online orders at this time.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be sent via email to the address used at checkout once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

  • International Orders: At this time, we only ship to domestic addresses. 

Limitation of Liability

Contour KM LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier, including USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery. We are not liable for any damages that occur during the shipping process, including delays, lost packages, or packages left unattended at the delivery address.
